The Story Behind Creatorz Consulting Group
Where It All Started
From Detroit With Purpose
Jennifer McCray grew up in Detroit, Michigan during the 80s and 90s. Her parents came up through the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s in a normal African American neighborhood that was not always the best environment to grow up in. Like many families caught up in the realities of those decades, hers was touched by the struggles that came with it. Her mother had her own battles for quite some time, and the path of who raised Jennifer shifted more than once. She went from her mother, to her grandmother, and eventually to her father and stepmother.
Her father had walked his own hard road. He found the strength to get himself clean, rebuild his life, and take on the full responsibility of raising Jennifer and her siblings. Watching that transformation up close planted something in her, even if she did not fully understand it at the time.
But growing up in that kind of instability leaves marks. She felt lost. She felt discouraged. She felt anxious. The constant shifting between homes and caregivers created traumatic experiences that followed her, and for a long time she looked to outside influences to help her find direction.

The Turning Point
Opening Her Eyes to Something Deeper
Deep down, Jennifer always knew there was more to life than what she was experiencing. She knew she wanted more. And she also knew that the outside influences she had been relying on were not going to be the answer.
So she began to open her eyes to her spirituality. Not religion, but spirituality. She started seeking out the signs and wonders around her. She started learning more about who she is, not just as a person, but as a divine being. She studied her cosmic DNA and how to apply that understanding to her everyday life to make it better, more intentional, and more aligned with who she truly is.
Over the last six to seven years, Jennifer has been on a devoted path of committing to herself. Learning her patterns. Identifying her weaknesses. Recognizing her strengths. Figuring out how to overcome what holds her back and how to lean into what moves her forward. That work changed everything for her.

Jennifer McCray
Jennifer's journey into personal development consulting was not something she mapped out on paper. It grew naturally from a lifetime of asking hard questions, sitting with uncomfortable truths, and learning how to move through life with more intention. Her own transformation became her testimony, and that testimony became the foundation for everything Creatorz Consulting Group stands for.
She stands as living proof that the darkness you come from does not define where you are going. And she has made it her mission to show others the same thing. Not by preaching at people, but by walking alongside them. Asking the right questions. Creating space for honest reflection. And helping them see the light that was always inside them.
That is who Jennifer is. That is what she brings to every session, every workbook, and every conversation.

That realization led her to develop a structured approach centered around the power of self-questioning. She wanted to create a method that did more than just offer advice. She wanted to help individuals identify their own internal barriers, shift their mindset, and start making intentional decisions that aligned with who they truly are.
From that foundation, Creatorz Consulting Group was established. The mission is simple: to provide the personalized support, practical tools, and honest guidance you need to experience meaningful, lasting growth.
