2. Services and Products

Creatorz Consulting Group provides personal development consulting services, digital workbooks, online assessments, newsletters, and related educational content. Our services are designed to support personal growth, clarity, and intentional living. They are not a substitute for licensed therapy, medical advice, legal counsel, or financial planning.

Jennifer McCray and the Creatorz Consulting Group team are personal development consultants, not licensed therapists, psychologists, or medical professionals. The guidance, exercises, and strategies provided through our services are based on personal experience, training, and research in the personal development space.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

Prices for workbooks and services are listed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.

If a payment fails or is declined, access to the purchased product or service will not be granted until successful payment is received.

5. Digital Products and Downloads

Upon successful purchase, you will receive access to download the digital workbook(s) you purchased. These files are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or make available any purchased content to any third party without written permission from Creatorz Consulting Group.

We are not responsible for any issues related to downloading or accessing digital files that are caused by your device, internet connection, or software. If you experience a technical issue with a download, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you in accessing your purchase.

6. Consulting Services and Scheduling

Consulting sessions are scheduled through Calendly. Once a session is booked, you are expected to attend at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through the Calendly link provided in your confirmation email.

Missed sessions or sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be considered completed and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

For 12-week consulting programs, all sessions must be completed within the agreed upon timeframe. Sessions that are not used within the program period will expire and will not be carried over or refunded.

7. Free Assessments and Content

The assessments provided on this website are free of charge and are intended as educational tools to help you identify areas of personal growth. The results generated by these assessments are general in nature and should not be treated as professional diagnoses or prescriptions.

By taking an assessment, you agree to provide your name and email address. Your assessment results will be shared with our team so that we can follow up with personalized recommendations if you choose. You may opt out of future communications at any time by contacting us directly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, workbooks, assessments, videos, and other materials, is the property of Creatorz Consulting Group and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
